Bjork's multimedia project 'Biophilia' is now well underway. After both 'Crystalline' and 'Cosmology', we've now been treated to the surreal and dreamy 'Virus'. The only other use of germs as a metaphor for love that I can think of is Nivana's 'Drain You', but Bjork's version is all the more sugary. The song wanders along a moonlit promenade as the Icelandic beauty's whimsical voice sings with a certain strength. Warm bass oozes under a tinkling percussion canopy and it all just sounds... rather wondrous indeed.
